: The role is to take on overall responsibility for delivering a specific project or several projects within an organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle - analysis, planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting the status with the use of various project management techniques and methods. Roles and Responsibilities: Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects Decide on suitable strategies and objectives Coordinate cross-project activities, reporting, and timely escalations Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Apply change, risk and resource management Assume responsibility for the project / program\'s people and vendors Manage and guide team of UX designers, Developers, Testers to meet team deadlines and to ensure a successful outcome. Extensive experience in the role of Business Analyst - experience in a medium to large technical programs in product or services organizations. Good understanding of the current digital technical stacks being used Good understanding of web and mobile development practices Write project specifications, scope documents and perform the role of a business analyst Act as a technical consultant and propose the right technology platform; formulate a solution Experienced in various patterns of work estimation and project analysis. Should have base development background in either React, Java or Go Discussion with client / project team to understand requirements Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional and business specifications (BRD / SRS preparation) Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off from the stakeholders Knowledge Transfer / Clarifications to Development & Testing Teams Desired Skills: Banking domain knowledge and experience Good at writing technical and functional documents Explore new business opportunities in the region and make convincing sales pitches and presentations as a technical consultant Knowledge of SDLC life cycle, and Agile methodologies Should be able to do project estimations Should have strong problem-solving abilities, be a fast learner & have good analytical skills Technical Knowledge (Cloud Server, React, Java, Go, PHP, Python, Ruby, PHP, .Net, etc.) Should have a good command over English, and be fluent in verbal / written communications
