-Project Manager- Job description:
  • Lead the construction team and coordinate all activities relating to the execution of the project.
  • Coordinate design, planning and procurement.
  • Management of subcontractors.
  • Control the commercial aspects of the project.
  • Monitor variations.
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting to Senior Management.
  • Responsible for smooth delivery of Project within Budget & Timeline meeting expectations of all stakeholders.
Planning & Execution of Resources (Man, Material & Money). Direct & Lead the Project Team to achieve desired output. Maintain optimum level of Productivity to ensure Deliverables within fixed timelines. Maintaining high level of Quality and Safety standards at site. Monitor timely billing, claims & variations. Ensure laid down systems & processes are strictly followed at site. Skills, Experience & Education: 1. B.E/ B.Tech. Civil, MBA. 2. Should have around 15+ Years of experience in execution of large real estate & commercial projects. 3. Knowledge of Project Management, Contracts Management, Engineering & Techno Commercial. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Project management: 10 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
