Job Description
We are a brand consultancy in Pune, looking for a project manager to manage day to day operations of our ongoing projects. Candidate must have some prior experience in advertising/communications and a flair to learn and grow in the field.Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience or knowledge about branding/advertising/website development/social media
- Strong command over English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Keenness and Proactiveness
- Excellent time management skills
- Team management skills
- Good presence of mind
- Maintaining a daily task sheet and ensuring all projects are completed within the stipulated time
- Scheduling meetings and sending invites
- Capturing and sharing minutes of meeting
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
- Report and escalate to the management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
- Preparing cost proposal presentations for clients
- Payment coordination with clients
- Administrative support and overall assistance
- Flexible shift
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
