Verifiable track record for the successful completion of various projects from the conception through effective

management, team collaboration and building positive report with client/ consultant, local officials and vendors.

Well versed in impending design issues, document preparation, billing and site management.Proficient in handling deadlines, budgets as well as different personalities to bring various task to a successful

conclusion. Demonstrated abilities in implementing various cost control measures.

Responsible for day to day site work.

Preparing Material Submittals (MAS) as per the specifications of the project for client/consultant approval.

Preparing of Method Statement of each and every activities.

Responsible for detailed engineering including Design Calculations, preparation of SLDs,Electrical

Layouts for Lighting/Power/Earthling/ELV etc Reviewing Shop Drawings of MEP Systems and providing required inputs. .

Interact with Project Manager for clarification in design etc.

Assigning works to site team for carrying out installation works as per the approved shop drawings.

Giving guidance to the site supervisors in technical aspects to achieve targets as per the project schedule.

Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager

Raising Material Request to carry out the day to day planned works.

Qualifications

B.E Civil/B.Tech with 15-25 years experience, exposure with Office Buildings

Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.

Assist in the quality and safety audit.

Identify and highlight possible risk on project.
