\xc2\xb7 Coordinate within internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects like Civil Contractor, Fabricators, PMC, EPC, Sricity Team, Liaisoning person, Electrical Contractor, Fire Contractos, Plumbing Team, Goa Office. \xc2\xb7 Liaisoning with Government Authorities like Factories & Boilers , GST, Labour , Pollution Control Board etc. for smooth survey of the factory Preparation of Daily/Monthly reports. \xc2\xb7 Ensure resource availability and allocation with all safety measures \xc2\xb7 Develop a detailed project plan to track progress as per schedule. \xc2\xb7 Use appropriate verification techniques as below for the construction of unit/factory 1. Verify quality of material being used for the project as guided by PMC. 2. Verification of measurement related to project work 3. Verify the quality of Final product \xc2\xb7 Report and escalate to management as needed \xc2\xb7 Perform risk management to minimize project risks \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Good in communication and comprehension \xc2\xb7 Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office like drafting of mails/word/excel etc. \xc2\xb7 Analyze situation properly and come up with problem solving approach \xc2\xb7 In Addition - knowledge of CAD/CAM, NDT.
