DeliveryManager/ProjectManager Exp:8-12 Years Open Position-3 Please consider the points below while sourcing the profiles. 1. Notice period should be immediately available or 15 days maximum. 2. Candidate must work from office - Hyderabad as needed Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or related discipline and typically 8 to 12 years\' relevant experience. Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in delivery management and managing IT related projects (IT areas: Project Delivery, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Interfaces, and Technical Expertise). Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a multi-disciplinary team setting, collaborating, and client satisfaction. Must possess strong communication (Written & Verbal), presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines. Proficient in the use S Project/Project Management Tools, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Project) Review project proposals with the management team to determine priority, time frame, budget, technical requirements, and allotment of available resources to projects. Exceptional customer-facing skills, In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery Experience working using Agile-based Scrum Methodologies and working experience using JIRA. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, Solid planning and problem-solving skills. PMP or ITIL certification is preferred Responsibilities Maintaining high-performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary. Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand Lead/coordinate communication efforts with clients, consultants, and within the project team. Develop and define delivery schedules to meet contractual obligations and to match team and skills. Providing accurate and regular reports to the management and customer on the performance of the service delivery
