We are seeking a Content Marketing Project Manager to help our content team manage requests, prioritization, and workflows. The Content Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the intake, assignment, management, and publishing of all content requests. You will be accountable for all content marketing initiatives that drive online and offline traffic, customer engagement, leads, sales and customer retention via inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Establish a repeatable process for project intake, design review, distribution of writing and design assignments for various brand campaigns and identity projects.
• Create detailed schedules, set deadlines, and manage costs for all stages of a creative project.
• Meet with business and creative stakeholders to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicate any issues, risks, and barriers.
• Brief internal and external writers, designers, and production staff.
• Monitor project workloads, adjust assignments / deadlines based on priorities and availability.
• Maintain job files including part numbers, tagging, and publishing content in DAM & CMS.
• Collaboration with key functions for the distribution and amplification of content through various marketing channels such as internal communications, web, email, blog, social media, events, paid media, and sales channels.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• 5-8 years marketing or related experience.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or communications required or equivalent working experience.
• Project management skills and understanding how to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Ability to manage budgets for content creation.
• Excellent organizational, project and time management skills
• Strong decision making and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira preferred)
• Awareness of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for various types of creative projects (traditional, digital, multimedia and brand)
