ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Data analytics proficiency: Should have handled Data projects in the past. They should be able to use tools like SQL and Power BI to analyze data, develop insights, and create visualizations.
- Leadership and communication skills: A senior analytics project manager should have excellent leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and communicate project status and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Business acumen: They should have a deep understanding of the business objectives and goals of the organization and how analytics can be used to achieve them.
- Education and experience: A senior analytics project manager typically has a bachelor's or master's degree in a field like business, statistics, or computer science and several years of experience in analytics and project management roles.
- Overall, the project manager should be able to drive decision-making and achieve business goals."
