ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary function includes Technical Leadership, Client Management and Team Leadership
• Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implementation
• Own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems in short but progressive and impactful cycles Manage project priorities and resource assignments to ensure adequate resources are available for successful projects
• Scope project work through discovery of business requirements, non-functional requirements, and translation to technical work effort, SDLC project plans and work breakdown scheduling
• Should be able to run the Dev sprints Should be able to handle Client communication and should have team handling exposure Experience in handling geographically distributed teams
• Should have experience in managing Scope, Risk, schedule, and budgeting of the project
• Overall 10+ years of IT experience in delivering the solutions in various technologies 3+ years of experience in managing team technically management and leadership of technical team of 10 or more people in dynamic, distributed, and fast-paced environments
• 4+ years of experience in full-life cycles from estimation to final delivery
• 3+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships (preferably at the executive level)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively Hands on experience in application maintenance life cycle, Agile methodologies like Scrum, Project Status reporting
