Our Team You will be in charge of the management of contracts and individual project execution for the major petrochemical industry players. Working with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, you will be responsible for the on-time delivery, budget (profitability) and quality of the project. What You Will Do Establish execution strategy, plan, schedule and monitor the project activities. Steer the project though its lifecycle ensuring adherence to organizational targets. Ensure project financial control. Manage communication on commercial and technical aspects with customers, suppliers and product managers. Initiate and coordinate engineering activities. Coordinate purchasing of goods and services, build relationships with suppliers. Prepare specifications for subcontracting. Assist Sales offices on technical matters. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Academic qualifications to the standard of Degree in mechanical or general engineering. Experience as Project Engineer / Manager would be an asset. Typical experience of 8 to 10 years handling domestic and overseas projects in Engineering/Heavy Engineering/EPC environment. Experience in combustion/ mass transfer equipment would be an added advantage Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, flexibility, can cope with stress. Fluent in written and spoken English with presentation skills knowledge of other languages is a plus. Well versed with Prima Vera/ MS Projects What will Put You Ahead Exposure and experience of Petrochemical Industry standards. Use to work with major petrochemical companiesu2019 specifications. T shaped skills, resourceful and results oriented. PMP certification would be an asset.
