Shift Timing: Indian Shift Exp:- 12Yr.+ Location-Mumbai Skillset required: Project Management, Team /Vendor Management, Agile, DevSecOps, Microservices, Project Costing. : Manage the Project End to End from business & technical discovery workshops till the Go-Live, in the form of iterative development. Delivering results and value by best utilizing the Project Team that includes Vendor Partner\'s Development Team (PMs, Functional/Domain experts, Architects, Designers, Product Configuration team, Developers, Testers, Release management team and other roles), OEM Partner (eg: Salesforce, Herald Logic or others), IFL Internal stakeholders (some SMEs from Business Team, Change Management, IT and Testing) and other Vendor Partners mainly for Integrations. Receive, review, maintain, monitor and report the Project plan, with the help of the Implementation partners\' Project managers, that supports the project objectives to deliver the agreed scope, within the project schedule and Budget. Monitor and track to closure the various activities that have been entrusted to the team and Accountable to the team\'s delivery and performance, to deliver the functional and Non-Functional requirements. Lead the project status review on a regular basis for the project - planned v/s actual, plan for next day and impediments if any. , review & track the development progress, help the team in case of any impediments and ensuring the delivery quality and On-Time delivery to UAT and Production. Identify, track, and highlight risks for early mitigation. To get the deliverables reviewed for completeness, accuracy and alignment of business vision on timely basis by the right SMEs/stakeholders. Management reporting on timely basis on the project status and progress. Ensuring that the Delivery meets the agreed quality standards and committed schedule. Projects with Quality Deliveries within FTR as 95%. 10+ years relevant experience in Project/Delivery Management, in a multi-partner environment PMP or other PM Certifications. 3+ Years of Design/Development Experience. Experience of managing teams that work in Hybrid Agile, DevSecOps, Microservices and other modern development frameworks. Insurance domain experience is preferable.
