Responsibilities : \xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of contracts and negotiate with suppliers and contractors. \xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinate with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement quality control programs \xef\x82\xb7 Piling & open footing knowledge. \xef\x82\xb7 Mix design \xef\x82\xb7 B/w, plastering & finishing knowledge. \xef\x82\xb7 Estimation & costing. \xef\x82\xb7 Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparation and checking of BOQ Skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Working for a reputed builder in residential projects \xef\x82\xb7 Should have start to end experience in the construction of building \xef\x82\xb7 Should have stability and not change jobs frequently. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and execution of Formwork, Shuttering, Mivan \xef\x82\xb7 Good Communication skills. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi. \xef\x82\xb7 Soft spoken and polite. \xef\x82\xb7 Past experience of hospitality industry / real estate industry..
