Excellent communications interpersonal skills Must possess in depth understanding of Applications Life Cycle Management experience in Agile DevOps model of working and working experience on ServiceNow Platform An experienced requirements analyst having a keen interest in translating requirements to solutions or guiding the solutioning team in building robust scalable solutions delivering customer delight Experience in leading managing a team of 10 20 people Self organised individual contributor and take initiatives for making progress to achieve goals aligned with our GroupIT organisation goal on a time bound and result oriented fashion Experience in Coordination with multiple stakeholders and publishing regular updates conducting steerco meetings follow up tracking of resulting actions in an unsupervised structured manner Weekly and Monthly updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency to the user community and promoting collaboration across teams contributing to the proliferation of APM driven decision making within Group IT Must ITIL Process Knowledge Experience in Agile Delivery Process Experience in Stakeholder Communications Management Experience in ServiceNow Platform Must have acted as Service Owner of atleast one Application for 1 years including 1 budgeting cycle
