Skill-Project Coordinator Grade-Band 2/3 ProjectCoordinator Contractors - Radisson/WoodSpring Summary : The Project Coordinator role has the primaryresponsibility for delivering a positive experience to all internal andexternal customers while delivering technical and business implementationservices, support and training. Persons in this role will: Use critical thinking skills to make the real time decisions required to keep internal and external customers operating at a profitable and efficient level. Collaborate and coordinate with technology vendors, partners and franchise support teams to ensure the successful installation of choiceADVANTAGE. Ensure customer satisfaction, business efficiency and high levels of user/guest service by providing remote assistance to external customers. Works with franchise general managers to monitor progress of hotel staff on Choice\'s educational training platform. Be able to effectively communicate complex subjects in a simple manner while providing training and technical services remotely over the phone to customers Provide support for remote-based Installation Leads in support of choiceADVANTAGE installations
