Job Position- Project Manager Company Name- Unique Shanti Job Location- Mira Road/ Thane/ Borivali Minimum experience of 10 years. Qualification: BE Civil /Architect. Responsibilities : Preparation of contracts and negotiate with suppliers and contractors. Co-ordinate with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Develop and implement quality control programs Piling & open footing knowledge. Mix design B/w, plastering & finishing knowledge. Estimation & costing. Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff. Preparation and checking of BOQ Skills: Working for a reputed builder in residential projects Should have start to end experience in the construction of building Should have stability and not change jobs frequently. Knowledge and execution of Formwork, Shuttering, Mivan Good Communication skills. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.

- Past experience of hospitality industry / real estate industry.
