Cateina Technologies is looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and competencies


Technical Skills:

• Publishing detailed techno functional specifications (Product Requirements Document) for major/minor releases and getting it signed off by the cross-functional team.
• Establish and maintain the environments in which blockchain and Hybrid Integrations solutions can be implemented, including development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Provide the vision for the product evolution to the development team
• Good at these technical skills: Java, Go, or C/C++, Angular, NodeJS

Required competencies:

• Enthusiastic, Creative, and flexible
• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
• Professional with work ethics
• Certifications like scrum master, and managerial skills.

Level of Experience:
6 to 8 years of experience


Skills:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Holding a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or BSc (IT) or BSc(CS) or any degree
