Job Description


This is an immediate opening for the role of Project Manager having experience of Mixed use redevelopment projects in Mumbai to be part of a rapidly expanding family based development firm with multiple projects in Mumbai and Gujarat. Main broad role involves-

  • Coordinating with Design teams and Liasioning teams and Project Planning of large scale redevelopment projects.
  • Obtaining Approvals with the assistance of external liasioning consultants and continues personal followups
  • Vetting and Appointing Various Consultants and coordination with them
  • Vetting and Appointing Various Contractors and coordination with them
  • Coordinating with Legal teams for various documentations involved in redevelopment, fund raising, work orders, Tendering Etc.
  • Management Reporting
  • Attending Redevelopment Society Meetings and solving basic issues to smoother redevelopment activities.
Good Understanding with some prior experience of SRA, Building Proposal and MHADA. Co-ordination and followup with External Architects, Structural, MEP and other consultants to get the assigned jobs done in timely fashion Co-ordination and followup along with taking periodic reporting from various appointed Civil and finishing Contractors. Establishment of a reporting system for same. Monitoring project timelines for management. Occasional Presentation for Societies for redevelopment Departmental Letter writing as per guidance from Management. Occasional Email and office management. Attention to Detail and Crisp Communication. Polite communication and good Negotiation skills Good Command over English Language Ability to communicate in Marathi Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb955,000.00 per month Schedule:
