Project Manager

- Our client is a technology-oriented company focused on offering futuristic solutions to customers in the areas of emerging technologies such as Cyber Security, Blockchain, IOT and 3D Manufacturing in addition to operating in products related to Tolling and RFID. For the last 7 years, Vara has been providing Tech Solutions to various industry sectors - Banking, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Logistics.

- Experience of driving large projects in-line with company standards, methodologies, processes and tools

- Responsible for managing Product Development and support team

- Responsible for P&L of accounts

- Supervise delivery and support projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to Delivery Manager when needed

- Perform risk management to minimize/eliminate project risks

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Manage project communication and escalation

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Ethereum, NodeJs, Solidity or other Blockchain protocols

- 4+ years of experience in customer facing role

- Solid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodologies

- Proven written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Qualification: BE/B.Tech + PMP

Certified Years of Experience : 3- 5 years
