Job Description
Urgent hiring for Project Manager. Location- Kolkata Salary- Up to 10 LPA Experience- 5-10 Years Qualification- Graduation Preferable from Construction background.
- Should possess knowledge of construction & infrastructure.
- He will be visiting sites, doing location analysis
- If taking up a readymade property then should be able to convert and implement it according to the ZLL guidelines
- Revenue collection, illume collection, selling of centre kits
- Revenue generation approx. 4.5-5Lacs
- Collecting the required Documents of property, analyse it and validate
- Timely handover of project/centres (90-120days)
- Includes branding & marketing as well.
