We are expanding rapidly and are, therefore, looking for leaders to help the company achieve its goals. We are looking to establish a new manufacturing site outside of Kolkata, West Bengal. We need a dedicated, entrepreneurial individual who can help us with the following:
Before Operation
1. Locating the site
2. Selecting local vendors
3. Recruiting Workforce
4. Project Management - Follow ups with authorities for permissions, vendors and private contractors
Post Operation
1. Build relationship with large corporates and SMEs to enable trading flows between them.
2. Identify and serve existing and new opportunities in metal business.
3.Re-engineer traditional ways to create phenomenally more value for all the stakeholders involved.
4. Build a long term thesis that offers a strategic advantage to the company.
5. Hire talented people to meet business goals.
