Project Manager
Job Description
1. You will be in charge of the all projects of Kerala from the beginning till the handover of the same. 2. Need to work closely with Client Engineers to understand their requirement and do the needful by taking appropriate measures and making our Engineer and Supervisor to do their task. 3. You are responsible to check the drawing and specification given in BOQ understand the requirement and instruct the same to the labours/ sub vendors if necessary and make sure the work is done satisfactorily. 4. You will be mainly working towards quick response to the site requirements and instrumental in finishing the project within the timeframe, budget & without material mismanagement. 5. You are required to provide all measurements of all activities that happens at site and get the sign off from the client engineer time to time and share the same to office whenever it is required. 6. You will be responsible for SSB, JMS and FDS that happens during the project and will be attending all the audit to clear the clients query, fight for our maximum profit margin. 7. You will be responsible for all projects that will be happening in Kerala region. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
