Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing & monitoring of earth work, blanketing work, Building, PF, FOB & bridge works for Railways.
• Execution for Construction of Formation, Minor Bridges, Major Bridges, FOB, Residential Buildings,
• Service Buildings, Passenger amenities, Linking work and other related infrastructural works.
• Execution of test bed, Formation work in section and yard, blanketing layer to layer spreading and compaction.
• Technical supervision of works and materials to ensure their quality assurance and conformity with
• the standards and specification prescribed.
• Obtaining drawings from consultants as per drawing release schedule.
• Preparation and of detailed Scope of work for Vendors / Sub Contractors
• Preparation & review of B.O.Q for the scope of Design & Civil construction works based on the
• tender specifications and the layout drawings, for internal evaluation and monitoring.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering with 12 years of experience in the various Railways,Metro,road and highways projects.
• Duties in execution,planning,project management of the epc projects under Railways Projects .
• Shall be able to negotiate with Sub-Contractors, Liasoning with Client & Interfacing personnel.
• Able to handle Client as well as Subcontractors Billing.
• Shall be able to manage various Stakeholders involved in the Project & has to be a Team Player as well as a People\'s Manager.
