Highly skilled and authoritative specialists offer services which range from consulting to craft & prototyping to solution & implementation and operation - everything out of one hand!We are looking for: Project Manager - International,\xc2\xb7 HSE (health, safety and environment) management for the complete project, with main focus on site activities.\xc2\xb7 Proactively lead changes in project scope to improve success and minimize risk to the customer and the company.\xc2\xb7 Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for the contracted scope of the project(s).\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.\xc2\xb7 Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.\xc2\xb7 Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.\xc2\xb7 Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.\xc2\xb7 Maintain the relationship with the client as well as internal partners.\xc2\xb7 Perform risk management to minimize project risks.\xc2\xb7 Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.\xc2\xb7 Coach, mentor, encourage and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.\xc2\xb7 Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.\xc2\xb7 Important is to understand, prepare, and implement a professional and executable project management plan.\xc2\xb7 This plan will bring the maximum momentum to the project and maximum positive energy to the team.\xc2\xb7 One of the main things you will propose is experience in proper partner management \xe2\x80\x93 especially at project important milestones i.e. when the engineering phase is to finish after Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and we are to start site works including installation, test, commissioning, etc., or when Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is to be done.Use your skills to move the world forward!\xc2\xb7 Proven experience of 7+ years as a Project Manager.\xc2\xb7 Experience in multidisciplinary projects with a focus on Electrical as well as mechanical engineering.\xc2\xb7 PMP or IPMA certified / VCA VOL or ISO 45001 (formal OHSAS) safety certified\xc2\xb7 Experience in handling Data Centers projects will be an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Preferred bachelor degree in electrical engineering or power systems engineering\xc2\xb7 Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skill.\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and multiple hats at any one time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and having an energic and entrepreneurial approach and attitude.
