Our client is an established real estate developer specializing in the premium commercial and residential property. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Interior Fit Out, to join their team. This position is based in Bangalore, India. Key Responsibilities: Project Work and Schedule Management including: Monitor, coordinate, and schedule construction progress, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines Manage the construction process, specifically for civil and interior works Ensure smooth coordination between project stakeholders to minimize delays and resolve scheduling conflicts Possess a comprehensive understanding of various technical work methodologies, including but not limited to flooring and cladding, false ceiling installation, painting, wall panelling, and fa ade works Vendor and Team Management including: Coordinate and manage contractors, ensuring their compliance with project specifications and quality standards Track and ensure compliance with contractor obligations, including deliverables, milestones, and payments Facilitate design change management processes, ensuring proper documentation and seamless implementation Implement effective quality management processes to maintain the highest standards of workmanship Forecast material requirements and coordinate timely procurement to avoid project delays Key Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field - 5-7 years of relevant experience in premium interior design and execution projects Proven track record of successfully managing projects, coordinating vendors, and achieving project goals Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and regulations Interested parties please send your resume to Abhishrut Banerjee at .
