  • Defines and sets work objectives for team members
  • Balances work allocation in team
  • Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Completes performance appraisals of team
  • Carries out team building & engagement activities
Process Adherence & Improvement
  • Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
  • Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
  • Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
  • Complies with company defined guidelines and processes
Qualification
  • Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing will be preferred from BA (Tier 2) in Marketing & Sales, or UG OR PG / 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Tele calling in real estate industry.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in Cold Calling in real estate/ construction industry will be preferred
About the job Tele calling, Fixing Client meetings/ Virtual Meets, Site visits - Benefits: Salary plus Incentives on booking - Looking for someone who is a go getter, disciplined and self motivated to work. - Can generate leads organically and by references as well as online research. Company shall also support with some leads to start with. Executive Roles and Responsibilities 1) Good Communication - written and verbal. 2) Making call to customer for fixing appointment for site visit. 3) Once the lead is qualified defined process to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed for site visits. 4) Guiding and explaining about project detail to the customers 5) Regular follow up with customers for the booking. 6) Generating the leads through online portals i.e. LinkedIn etc 7) Making good relation with back office & Builder sales team. 8) Keep accurate records of calls & conversions 9) Work with Sales team for Client appointments & achieve conversion Desired Candidate Profile Required Graduate/UG/PG Preference will be given to candidates with Real Estate background Preference will be given to MBA Graduates with experience Fresher & Experience with sales background Perks and Benefits Attractive Incentives on sales Salary Range : 35K- 45K (T&C Apply*) Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Benefits:
