Description . . Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a technical project manager, leading software development or technology projects. 3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. 4. Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 5. Proficiency in project management software tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project. 6. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 9. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify risks, devise solutions, and make data-driven decisions. 10. Knowledge of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts and challenges. 11. Experience with budget management and financial tracking. 12. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) is a plus. 13. Familiarity with relevant technologies and domains specific to the industry (e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, finance) is a plus.
