Requirement

• Experience: 7-12 years of experience in the industry, 5-6 years in telecom industry desirable
• Strong project management skills in resolving multiple dependencies from different teams spread in different geographies
• Experience in working with mobile operators, vendors & partners in US, Canada and Europe desirable
• Excellent Oral and writing communication skills

Responsibilities

Project management of mobile handset (Android) development projects. Responsible for project development schedule

Full end-to-end responsibilities for Product\xe2\x80\x99s scheduled SW and documentation delivery. This includes:

• Ownership and Planning of SW development, SW verification and related documentation in Compliance to Product Requirements as specified in Product Requirements Documents and other relevant documentation of Mobile phones
• Coordination of all cross-functional SW development and SW verification activities to reach target Performance and Quality.
• Preparation of low level project plan which includes cross functional team activities and align with phone\xe2\x80\x99s master schedule.
• Support of Global Project Manager with timely update of all schedules and its status
• Definition of Ownership and process for product\xe2\x80\x99s SW development, Verification and documentation work.
• Resource, competence and risk management to meet project requirements
• Work with Product Management in scheduling and managing the change requests and product timelines.

Coordination:

• Work with Mobile Phone application teams and define Application release content and plan within phone development schedule
• Coordination with different cross functional teams to align schedule and deliverables

Process responsibilities

• Adhere to the process defined by Global Project Manger
• Owner of Development Process on project level - preparation of milestones, timelines & decision point (DP), schedules and change control
