Job Description
Education: B.T/B.Tech/MCA or higher Experience: 7+ years
To manage one large complex or multiple middle scale projects within schedule, effort and cost, ensure customer satisfaction.
Certifications: Project Management/People Manager
:
- Exploration/ feasibility study of product/project
- Requirement Analysis
- Project Planning/Tracking including resource planning, schedule planning & effort estimation for all projects/cost being handled
- Measuring quality metrics
- Assist in Resource hiring
- Customer Satisfaction
- Status reporting to SPM/Delivery Head
- Support to Client/ Service Delivery/QC/ Product Support
- Train & Enable Team Member(s) for next level
- Software Process Improvement
- Managing all issues relating to team/ module(s)
- Work with PreSales& Sales for POC/Demos/ Technical Proposals
- Ensure backup within team
Key Accountabilities:
- Resource Planning/Enablement - ensure no or minimal Resource shortage
- Optimal Resource Utilization - minimize excess resource
- Project within agreed budget as per business case
- Project risk identification and mitigation
- Increased Customer Satisfaction (for Customers handled)
- Revenue Increase
- Work with HR and other functions for Organization initiatives (take at least 2)
Knowledge, Skill, Abilities
- Technical -Telecom domain, Energy domain, (Optional, preferred)
- Project Management skills (Mandatory)
- Tools - MS Office, Visio, SVN, Jira
- PMP
- Agile Methodology
