: Project Manager Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in Field Staff Management/Vendor Management to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Development and implementation of a tourism-related program. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in the tourism industry and possess excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Qualifications and Experience: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Operations, Public Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in Vendor Management shall be preferredbut not necessary. \xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. \xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation, management and decision-making skills. \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of MS-Office is desired. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and take initiative while also functioning well within a team environment. \xc2\xb7 Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of additional regional languages are a plus. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Need to recruit Enumerators (or) Vendors to train on a tourism project \xc2\xb7 Should have hands-on experience in Data Verification and Data Cleaning. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to prepare final reports as per project requirement. \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel whenever required \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the tourism training program, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with stakeholders, including tourism organizations, government agencies and vendors to gather requirements and establish project goals. \xc2\xb7 Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify training needs within the tourism industry and design a curriculum that addresses those needs. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the Implementation and Delivery of the Training Plan amongst Field Executives or Vendors. \xc2\xb7 Measure Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators within the project to maximize productivity, manage project budgets, ensure cost optimization and efficient utilization of resources. \xc2\xb7 Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and recommendations for improvement. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in the tourism sector to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the training program. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including copyright and intellectual property rights, in all training materials and activities. Compensation: Upto 5 Lakhs INR per annum Fixed Salary: Upto 4 lakh rupees per annum depending on experience and qualifications Variable Salary: Upto 1 lakh per annum subject to target achievement Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9400,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per year Schedule:
