CS is a multinational team of specialists with the appropriate skills and experience to ensure our product is implemented successfully for our customers. We work on exciting projects at top-tier banks worldwide, implementing our online banking solutions. Meet the job : Work closely with the India GM, India teams and CS hubs, R&D to drive operational efficiency and unification of efforts, demand-supply forecasts and program-manage BDC initiatives Monitor, analyse, and find ways to maximise the productive and billable utilisation of teams, engineers and consultants to fulfill project needs. Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries from the teams. Track and drive initiatives that improve the effectiveness, productivity, retention, and skill set of our people. Work closely with other operations managers across Backbase to share practices, support each other in global allocation management, and align to one way of working. Continuously drive process improvement in all internal aspects from hiring/onboarding, software implementation, time tracking and expenses, invoicing and staffing Focus on people engagement by implementing improvements to work environment, team activities and help organize various events How about you : 5-10 years\' experience in operations and project management Demonstrated ability to work in teams of varying s and coordinate across teams and geos Experience in a multi-cultural environment Ability to manage projects and centre level programs and drive rigor on time lines B-school background is preferred\'
