Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the site planning, turnkey site management, vendor management and process and productivity initiatives with objective to achieve customer satisfaction and company success through the best possible site management and installation quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring the government regulations in site planning and Installation productivity, quality and Environment Health Safety program and manages the regional site planning, site preparation, coordination for equipment delivery, helping the sales team in achieving the sales and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the contractor\'s activities, hold regular meetings, track and report construction costs etc.
• Preparing the site schedules and constantly monitor the work execution to ensure that the project timelines are being met as per schedules
• Understanding of Project execution stages and ability to plan and execute Projects with less supervision
• Verifying contractor bills, rate analysis, working on interior fit out projects, travelling within the assigned territory

Qualifications:

• Civil engineer or Architect from a reputed institute with 3+ years of experience working in construction project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Project, Power Point, and Word
• Basic working knowledge of software like AutoCAD and MS Project will be an added advantage

Desired Sills:

• Expertise in project management including handling of multiple parallel projects of varying scales
• Lean Expertise, including Lean Six Sigma process methodology.
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to energize, influence and build relationships at all levels within the organization
