Job Description


Job Duties - Take a brief for the project from client teams - Educate teams on the delivery process, key milestone, risks and dependencies, budgets and resources. - Produce detailed project plans with accurate timescales, budgets and resource requirements, working alongside therest of the delivery team - Keep track of projects against their baseline and produce weekly status reports to stakeholders.Provide input into pitches for new business. - Reporting project status to Key StakeholdersYou must be able to manage users at all levels, ensure expectations are realistic and help to identify, understand and implement steps to mitigate risks to projects and find the right balance between the ideal world and the real businessneeds. Strong change control management will also be a key part of the role in terms of managing both the project and expectations. This is a client facing role, so you will be a confident, articulate person with excellent presentation skills. You will be working with the in-house and third-party agency resources across different geographical locations. You willbe a key point of contact within the team for stakeholders and key users. The ability to understand both the businesslanguage, digital marketing language and the technical language is crucial. Key Requirements The following skills are essential for this role: . At least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with focus on data driven or development projects . Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including daily scrums, sprint planning and release control . Drawing up timeline proposals for solutions and producing corresponding project plans . Risk management and mitigation . Identifying and defining project scope and objectives . Liaising with developers, creative teams, producers (asset production) , project managers and testers, to ensureeveryone has a clear understanding of the requirements . Competent in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, JIRA and TFS . General understanding of digital marketing, dynamic creative optimization, programmatic and social advertising . PRINCE2 or PMI certified. Scrum Master certification a plus. . Must be an articulate, strong, confident communicator, able to work under pressure, juggle multiple projectsand manage demanding challenges . Knowledge of advertising technology vendors including DSPs, Ad-servers, Social Platforms . Experience of working in the media industry and knowledge of full marketing campaign cycle a plus Qualifications At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role Additional Information Excellent oral and written communication skills.
