Role/Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, tracking and bringing client implementation projects to a successful, timely completion. The role will require coordinating/leading a sizeable cross-functional team that includes relationship managers, solutions specialists, KYC domain specialists as well as customer success engineers, costumer success managers and product managers. This is an external facing role which will also require managing external stakeholders and their KYC implementation needs. As a PM, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects with customers, management, sales, product and the wider Customer Success team
  • Client Facing for assigned projects and demonstrate the values and capabilities aligned to the promises we make to our customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through organized, consistent professionalism
  • Manage a portfolio of projects including ownership of governance, reporting, contributing to building standard approaches, documentation of requirements, maintaining customer documentation and the onboarding plan
  • Develop an actionable project plan, get “buy-in” from key stakeholders and drive the project to completion. The project plan will be based on an already established implementation process which will require communication to ensure follow through
  • Communicate and acquire client sign off on project documentation as identified as part of the implementation process (e.g scoping statements, configuration documents, etc)
  • Investigate, diagnose and help resolve issues that impede the project from moving forward
  • Update internal project tracker to ensure each implementation stage is recorded
  • Update senior management and group leaders on the status of complex implementations, as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years related project management experience (project management or business analysis qualification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with compliance subjects (e.g. KYC, AML, ABC, Sanctions and PEPs). AML qualification desired but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning ability
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of planning and execution
  • Process oriented mind-set with a demonstrated history of achievement
  • Ability to logically identify the root cause of problems and get to resolution quickly and efficiently
  • Familiarity with the Agile approach, project management software and Microsoft suite of tools is recommended
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or demonstrate the equivalent of relevant work experience

For Colorado-based roles only: the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 75,500 to $ 109,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual performance incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
