KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments for their organization.
2. Interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other employees to resolve customer concerns.
3. Performing situation analysis to make informed decisions that benefit the client and company, as well as work with other executives to reach all organization objectives.
4. Work with clients in support of new business opportunities and client service.
5. Establish goals, analyze the growth, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts, and budgets.
6. Ensure company-wide consistency in client service.
7. Utilize product solutions and marketing teams to refine service offerings.
8. Coordinate with the design team to oversee the design for each new store project.
9. Review drawings for adherence to standards

10. Directly work both on-site and remotely to ensure standards are maintained, schedules are met and the scope of work is completed
11. Ensure completion of the project as per schedule, as per budget, and timelines are matched. 12. Vendor development- developing new vendor for future work
13. Manage vendors- Prepare and negotiate cost estimates and budget
14. Report progress on execution and cost matter to operation and finance team
15. Track and report project schedule and progress
16. Should have knowledge of fabrication and materials like printing, painting, lights, new technology, wood, metal fabrication. REQUIREMENTS -

• Must have experience of around 6-8 years.
• Business degree or related qualification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Experience in the Retail Industry(preferred).
