• Agile and SCRUM experience
• Experience managing web and mobile-based applications
• Tech stack JS, PHP, Native, Flutter or ReactNative
• CMS Drupal, WordPress, Magento, Shopify
• Preparing technical proposals, business executive meeting PPTs, and writing user stories
• Experience in working with US-based clients with 2-3 hours overlap
• Intermediate Experience with JIRA

• SCRUM Master/Product Owner Certification
• Business Analysis and Analytics Certifications

• Any project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince2 etc) JD
• To be able to lead discovery phases for any engagement in pair with a tech lead and an account manager
• To be able to assist in preparing estimates for any given project in assistance with a developers team.
• To be able to prepare SOWs and manage other legal pre-requisite documentation between us and the client.
• To be able to align resources, prepare and groom JIRA and align a timeline for the project.
• To be able to follow and deliver over the set governance standards by PMO for project quality.
• To be able to work with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams and align their activities.
• To be able to effectively and proactively manage risk in any project and transparently keep all the stakeholders aware of the same using tools available.
• To be able to keep JIRA backlogs groomed and prioritized and utilize the SCRUM framework effectively for project management.
• To be able to keep tabs on the development team, lead with an example. be aware of progress at all times, and resolve blockers.
• To be able to provide periodic feedback on the developers he/she is working with within the team.
• To be able to effectively engage with the client and represent the companys commitment to quality, technical experience, and transparency; forge good relationships Keep reports available on project burns, and track budgets.
• To be able to manage delivery cycles with teams Deliver all projects within budget and timeline.
• To manage schedule, scope, and change requests for any engagement.
