Job Description

1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all the Offsite & Utilities Plants from design, engineering, construction to commissioning.2. Collaborate with the technology team and the Reliance Projects team to ensure smooth execution of the project.3. Coordinate with various stakeholders including suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.4. Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to project plans.5. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.6. Identify and mitigate project risks, and propose solutions to overcome any challenges that may arise during the project execution.7. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for the procurement of equipment, materials, and construction services required.9. Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes10. Support in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the manufacturing operations.11. Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of project team members.12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.Educational Qualification:Location, Experience and Skills Educational - Qualification: B. Tech. in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation required MBA in Operations/Project Management would be added advantage.- Location: This position is based out of RCP, Navi Mumbai.- There may be requirement of periodic travelling to China and Jamnagar, Gujrat.Experience: - Minimum of 12~15 years of experience in project management industry.- Experience in managing set up of Off Sites and Utilities for large (Giga) scale projects related to Chemicals, Automotive, Electronics manufacturing- Experience in working with technology licensors and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) teamsSkill & Competencies:1. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.3. Solid understanding of battery cell & pack manufacturing processes and technologies and required consumables.4. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and make informed decisions.5. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards, regulations, and best practices.6. Proficiency in using project management tools and software.7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.8. Leadership qualities to motivate and guide the project team.9. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.Role KPI :1. Timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.2. Adherence to project budgets and resource allocation.3. Compliance with legal, regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards.4.
