POSITION PURPOSE In this highly visible and hands-on role, the Project Manager will oversee the core technical team in delivering Application Development, Integration and Configuration. The Key Responsibilities And Deliverables Of This Role Are Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project To drive a culture of Customer first within the IDP technology team ensuring all staff consider the customer as the \'centre of all their activities\' Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Use and continually develop leadership skills Managing multiple cross-function delivery teams, with focus on technical excellence and high-performance culture. Keep pace with the introduction of relevant agile / lean tools and techniques, and remove obstacles and blockers that might get in the way of delivery. Ensure teams are appropriately skilled, trained and developed to enable them to deliver high quality services Act as a \'change lead\' for Digital Acceleration initiatives and other projects, as and when required. Manage and develop strategic partnerships with third party suppliers and other internal stakeholders Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of hours as required Drive a continual service improvement programme based on a desire to become a world class managed service provider for IDP. Contribute to operational, project and management level reporting Contribute to IDP projects from time to time as required PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential Requirements (skills, Knowledge Experience & Qualification) 5 years\' experience in project management Familiarity with time management tools Experience with process improvement and inventory control PMP Certification Advanced time management and analytical skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent client-facing communication skills unique or special - i.e. Can people work from home, do you offer special benefits (company car, expense account, stock options, etc).
