Designation: Project Manager
Role Description:
Software AG is seeking qualified candidates at Project Manager level with core project management and Agile delivery experience to manage and deliver solutions to solve our client’s most critical business needs. In exchange, you will be rewarded with interesting engagements, training, the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop marketable delivery experience working with some of the biggest names in the industry, using the latest Software AG technologies.
Accountability:

• Should have managed multiple critical projects as project manager and/or SCRUM Master
• Should have experience in working with multi-cultural global teams and customers
• Should have managed engagements of more than 10+ resources, and should be familiar with all aspects of project management.
• Assumes responsibility for a project and provides leadership in setting up project from initiation to implementation and ensuring that customer, people and business goals are met while delivering high quality solutions
• Recommends and implements process improvements with focus on innovation and value to customers Competency
• Delivery of development projects including Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN or LEAN) delivery
• Some overseas experience working directly at customer locations is must.
• Excellent customer and people management skills
• Experience on middleware technologies is preferred.
• Experience working on proposal/bids
• Must have strong understanding of estimation techniques, project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders (internal and external).
• Should be ready to extend beyond role definition and contribute to organizational growth and maturity.

Mandatory:
Working experience in Agile Delivery, Risk Management & Fixed Price Projects is a MUST
Experience:
10 to 15 years of Industry experience with 3+ years of Project Management/SCRUM Master experience
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
