Job Description

: Job Title: Project Manager - Male Candidates.Company: Engineering and ConstructionPosition Summary: 1) Should ensure that the person can independently handle the project.2) Should have a minimum experience of 12 to 16 years. Engineering Role.

• Should understand all technical details such as plans, section, elevations, reinforcement drawings etc.
• Should provide all necessary technical details and information to the execution teams at site.
• Must have sound knowledge of material calculation and management for various sites. activities concrete, block work, plastering in terms of cement, jelly, steel etc.
• Allocate work to site teams as per schedule.

Project Management Role.

• Make necessary daily, weekly, monthly schedules.
• Discuss all technical details with PMC/architects.
• Coordinate all agencies at site and manage smooth flow of work.
• Should maintain daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and submit to head office.
• Maintain all attendance details of all workmen.
• Should send all material indents, equipment requirement, and labour requirement as per schedule to head office.
• Should lead and direct safety teams in managing safety rules at site.
• Ensure that all activities are delegated to juniors as per site hierarchy.

Education Qualification: Graduate in BE / ME / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.Experience in Construction industry: Minimum 12 to 16 years preferably.Technical Skill sets for this role:

• Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD and MS projects is preferable.
• Excellent communication skill in an English and regional language(s).
• Disciplined, and Hardworking, committed and genuinely interested in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of organization functioning.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible, willing to work with and through others.
