OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
He/She will be responsible for managing Projects & Delivery on QlikSense/QlikView/Power BI Platform space. Manage all aspects of the Project Life cycle to facilitate successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have technical experience as well as solid work plan development and progress oversight skills and demonstrate a broad understanding of data model & transformation, design and the visual elements using BI Reporting Tools . He/She is expected to lead/coordinate cross-functional Business case development across various functions. They will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting in the final product being delivered to the functions.
Overall, He/She will also be responsible for Project Management, Delivery and Stakeholder Management for various usecases and Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES : -
As a project manager in Visual BI team, the responsibilities include:
Oversee multiple projects to provide metrics for reporting to the executive team on business case ROI.
Delivery: all roadmap projects & work packages, including digital Adhoc usecases.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations & Management, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs.
Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead a team of specialists & Analysts directly.
Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.
Managed all the business requirements received from the business and schedule a meeting with Business spoc/stakeholders to address these demands in a timely manner.
Editor interactions & management for Qlik & PowerBI.
Closely collaborate with platform experts to drive improvements, where required
Partner management for SDC & non SDC involvement
People management - Talent, succession, hiring & retention
General:
Ensure collaboration with Functional Architects as business cases are set up for each initiative, and collaborate with other analytics teams to drive and operationalize analytical deployment. Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Strong ability to take the lead and be autonomous Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to drive change through innovation & process improvement. Be able to report to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role, the candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or industry-related curriculum
General
Minimum 10+ years of experience in BI Data Visualization space preferred QlikSense/Qlikview/nPrinting.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in People Management.
Strong People Management, Stakeholder and Partner Management Skills.
Strong experience in Project Management methodology, and exposure to managing simple & complex projects/usecases.
Experience in using the Qlik Sense suite of products (such as QlikSense, QlikView & nPrinting) delivering reports integrating various sources of data.
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide proper guidelines & best practices to the team.
Experience in Qlik Development modules and Strong understanding of Data Integration, Data models, Data Transformation and Data Visualisation.
Experience in App & Data model Development using complex queries & optimized queries.
Strong understanding of different connectors for integration of different data sources
Understandable knowledge of ERP Systems, Data platforms (SAP HANA/BW/BO) and other BI solutions (Power bI) is a plus.
Business
Experience in working with the Manufacturing and Transportation Industry
Good domain knowledge in any one of the streams such as Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, Industrial Operations, Finance and HR to understand how the applications within the area of focus work & add value to deliver BI/Analytics need aligning to business processes.
Understanding of all aspects of Manufacturing and Transportation Industry functions and processes.
Strong Experience analysing data, information and business processes acumen.
