We are looking for a successful Project Manager (PM) to join the team in Bangalore, India. The PM is a servant leader to cross-functional teams and the Global Business Unit. The cross-functional teams are globally distributed and tasked to sustain medical product: devices, software, disposables and solutions. The PM facilitates teamwork and mobilizes people and resources across the globe to support our installed product base. The PM is accountable for project schedules, budget, risk management, and interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective communications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead team core teams to define program strategies and to deliver results per customer requirements.
• Own end-to-end project/program delivery, including Scoping, Prioritizing, Planning and Execution Monitoring
• Interact through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management, ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders with the highest transparency.
• Mobilize and lead people, manage resources and budget to deliver on business targets
• Manage several of initiatives and integrate workstreams into a cohesive program
• Guide teams in decomposing complex work into backlog items enabling effort estimation and effective prioritization
• Deploy metric based project tracking
• Ensure identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies.
• Be a change agent. Drive agility in organization & demonstrate sense of urgency.

Job Experience s & Educational Qualifications:

• 5+ years project management experience and overall 10+ years of industry experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site, global or enterprise-wide programs in highly-regulated industries
• Must have knowledge of Medical Device Product Lifecycle (ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820)
• MBA/MS or Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering / Pharmacy required
• Current Project Management Certification (PMI, IPMA, SAFe, etc.)
