As Product Manager, Obesity you\'ll be at the forefront of change and contribute significantly to pioneering new approaches and leading the way, driving change for ca. 160 million people suffering from obesity in India, and if data could speak it would say that the prevalence of weight stigma and discrimination is preventing people living with obesity from getting the care they need. As a Product Manager you will plan and execute brand marketing strategies for the short and long term. You will conduct competitor and market analyses, evaluate market potential, analyze affiliate expectations, and prepare a medium-term marketing strategy and investment plan. You will also be responsible to: Develop and align with key stakeholders on the strategy for the promotion of the product and design its promotional mix. Conceptualize and design of communication campaigns. Conduct fieldwork for insight into activity/strategy implementation: field communication, feedback and roll out of strategy. Appoint advertising agencies and negotiate costs, identify innovative promotional tools. Conceptualize and design mass campaigns, liaise with medical professional bodies, track progress, and take corrective measures in order to ensure high RoI on marketing activities. Qualifications Graduate in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing or equivalent field. MBA degree in Business / Marketing from Premier B School is preferred Experience of 5 - 7 years in Brand Management, core Marketing and Product Management. Good data driven and analytical approach with fluency in English. Experience with product launches, promotional campaign creation and execution. Interest and gained knowledge of obesity therapy area, including methods of care, pharmaceutical products, key customers is desirable. Ability to work with internal and external stakeholder groups such as internal sales and medical teams, KOLs and HCPs. High performer, ambitious and with pronounced negotiation skills. Experience in conference/large meeting related initiatives from planning to execution. About the department More than 160 million people are estimated to be living with obesity in India, with 1% recommended to receive medical treatment.
