The position As Project Manager, you will develop & implement both strategic and tactical projects for disease awareness of obesity, in line with approved pre-launch plan. Implement external business projects in alignment with local and international strategies for Obesity. You will develop measurements (Key Performance Indicators) and preferred outcome (what good looks like) to follow progress and measure success and report performance on a regular basis according to plan. Monitor pre-and post-project performance through liaison with Business Information and management of the cross-functional launch team. You will also be responsible for - Stay up to date on competitor insights and initiatives, customer insights in order to anchor our External Business Project proposals. Drive positive corporate reputation and brand image, working with the Communications team to ensure engaging internal and external communications. This position requires you to participate in global and regional networks with colleagues in similar positions and engage with medical and marketing to recognise external possibilities and internal responsibilities. Project Manager will evaluate appropriate use and allocation of project resources to ensure attainment of unit, department and company profitability goals and ensure ongoing management and oversight of budget to target levels. You will work according to Business Ethic procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies and guidelines. Qualifications You hold a full-time Bachelor\'s degree in Pharma or a Life Science with preference to post-graduate qualification in Project Management. You should have 3-4 years of pharma Project management or Healthcare Program management exp. Prior experience from handling Product launches is an advantage. About the department Novo Nordisk India affiliate office is in Bangalore & has more than 1,400 people working across the country in various functions. Many people living with diabetes in India struggle to achieve the targeted blood sugar levels with their oral antidiabetic medications and we are confident that the strong clinical profile of this product will help them achieve better control and revolutionise the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
