Project Manager - Business Critical Services, Customer Success and Acceleration, CX

We are seeking a Project Manager who can help the BCS team within Customer Success & Acceleration group, to realize its strategic business objectives and benefits by building cross-functional partnerships to drive BCS projects, handle vendors supporting BCS projects and lead policies governing BCS delivery across the lifecycle. You are a competent leader, inquisitive, a keen problem solver, and an excellent partner manager, who will build a culture of operational excellence, compliance and continual improvement. A driving personality with project management methodologies proficiency.

What you Will Do :-

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with internal and external customers to drive success partner engagement programs and timelines
  • Driving Policy Governance activities including drafting, updating, and publishing policies governing BCS Delivery by proactively working with Policy Owners and Approvers
  • Developing and sustaining long standing relationships with company-approved partners, lead cost negotiations with partners on existing and new contracts, report partner violations and new supplier onboarding
  • Supporting and completing key aspects of project lifecycle including vendor management, status and risk management
  • Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
  • Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the abilities, experience, and strengths of staff members
  • Supervising project performance, status tracker and communicate status to ensure timely project delivery
  • Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management, and other partners
  • Working optimally with relevant stakeholders within Customer Success & Acceleration team as well as the wider CX organization to ensure efficient project implementation
  • Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and interpersonal skills to collaborate closely effectively with all project partners
Who You Are
  • Experience in handling supplier relationship and management activities such as RFI/RFQ, onboarding, order management, invoicing, and PO/PR process.
  • Experience in drafting policies and procedures staying in sync with ISO Audit Standards
  • Deep knowledge of professional services delivery, experience of working with some of Cisco\'s large and / or commercial customers. Knowledge of Cisco\'s Business critical Services is a big plus.
  • Experience of leading multiple business teams and/or delivery projects
  • Comfortable with dealing with ambiguity and working in an agile environment and adapt to change quickly and motivate change within the organization.
  • Very proficient in the following software tools: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record to complete projects according to scope, budget and timeline
  • Good at leading sophisticated projects, motivate change and be comfortable to connect with senior executives within Cisco and influence accelerated decision making and execution.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Operations, Supply Chain or related fields
  • 5+ years with project management, business services procurement and related fields
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate\'s hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
