The Position

As a Project Manager - GBS Consulting, you are expected to work with the GBS management and the extended leadership to drive GBS 2025 strategy, Strategic Consulting Projects. You will be assisting in implementing the global hub strategy for Novo Nordisk to enhance NN operating model including centralization, location strategy and sourcing modes and driving interviews, focused workshops, and conversations on cross functional topics by preparing playbooks, frameworks, and templates for project execution. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with GBS organization and functional leadership to drive enterprise-wide change management and associated projects across project scoping, design, validation, and implementation phases.
  • Assist internal consulting teams/ affiliates on strategic consulting projects across research, drug development, regulatory, safety, quality, supply chain, commercial, marketing, and other areas.
  • Assist in business development activities such as building proposals and capability packs etc. and be flexible to work in the morning and afternoon shifts to suit the stakeholder project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks in appropriate forums to ensure successful project completion.
  • Support GBS management meetings through presentations, driving the agenda, ad hoc analyses.
  • Assist in building relevant presentations, external meeting preparations, arranging field visits with peer companies (if required) and keep updated on industry best practices in the field of change mgmt., GBS evolution and transformation best practices.
Qualifications
  • You hold a master\'s degree with not more than 10 years of experience in Project Management or Project consulting.
  • 4-5 years of prior experience of working with pharma/life sciences clients on business consulting projects.
  • Prior experience of working with a GBS/SSC is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Office 365 skills (Ppt., excel and word).
  • High degree of flexibility, and can shoulder additional workload when necessary.
  • Project related resource planning and reporting.
  • Ability to influence and align the stakeholders.
