Who are we looking for?

ITD Project Manager to plan and manage ITD projects in collaboration with ITD, business stakeholders and (internal and/or external) subject matter experts for Retail organizations (Fuel, Non-Fuel, C-store Area). This may also include multiple partners or vendors for any given project.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects across IT domains: Infrastructure, Network (NOC), Security, Payments Software development, IT Service Management (CMDB, Incident Management, Problem Management, ServiceNow), AI, ML RPA, and Analytics projects

Ensure Project is delivered on time and within budget, meeting agreed scope and quality criteria

Work closely and consistently to refine automated workflows and improve/support project management capability, processes, and tools.

Technical Skills:

? Requires a 4-year college degree. Advanced degree preferred

? 8 Years' IT project Experience. 5 Years' Retail and Oil & Gas preferred.

? Experience in Digital and Transformation projects

? Experience working in a team environment; preferably in a professional environment

? Applicable work experience in a consulting, finance / accounting, IT/operations or contact center environment

? Excellent planning, communication and people skills

? Ability to lead a team of business and technical subject matter experts (Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships)

Process Skills:

Candidate is required to:

? Managing the day-to-day IT Projects.

? Creating IT project budgets and reallocating resources where necessary

? Providing regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders

? Developing a renewal and upgrade schedule for company projects and programs

? Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks

? Sustaining the project after completion by devising suitable maintenance and troubleshooting methods

? Determine and define project scope and objectives

? Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

? Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

? Track project costs in order to meet budget

? Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

? Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

? Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

? Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

? Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

? Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Behavioral Skills :

Certification:

? PMP Certification

? SAFe Certification or equivalent AGILE certification. ITIL (or equivalent) is a plus
