We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Real World Data (RWD) team. Do you have project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proactive, self-motivated, ready-to-learn attitude Join a team of experienced professionals to utilize your experience to manage smaller projects and work with senior associates and management to ensure we achieve project objectives. Your role can include project delivery, financial management, risk management, and estimating and planning. About You - Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or business-related field At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles of increasing responsibility At least 2 years of familiarity in healthcare, and specifically Life Sciences It would be great if you also had Experience working with Real World Data (Claims / EHR) Exposure to the U.S. Healthcare system Experience working across multiple therapy areas What will you be doing in this role Independently acts as a project manager on small to medium-d projects, serving as client point of contact Works with team to define project parameters, creating client-ready deliverables with support Consistently follows project governance structure and SOPs and meets project on-time, on-budget requirements Implements project governance and client engagement processes Meets customer satisfaction targets Contributes to the training of project associates Consistently identifying and raising appropriate queries/issues in client projects Building recognition with peers as a key resource in particular work/project type/areas About The Team The Analytics and Insights team provides custom and semi-custom data and analytical solutions to the world's largest biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies. We engage our clients in a consultative approach, working in partnership to translate challenges into business questions, which we answer using data-driven methodologies. Hours of Work This is a full-time permanent position with the ability to work remotely anywhere in India.
