'Proven experience in work berakdown structure for complex embedded system projects
Good knowledge in project financial tracking
Strong experience in managing cost, schedule and scope
Atleast 3+ years experience in leading full development projects across software, electronics and manufacturing
Ability to track scope changes meticulously
Strong communication skills with different stakeholders
Good exposure to escalation process
Strong process knowledge in NPI/Sustainability and Obsolescence programs
Should have decent working level knowledge and good understanding of Firmware development/ Software development, Communication protocols
Ability to identify risks and mitigate risk control plan
