Candidate should have experience from Real estate background
Monitoring progress on specific projects to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, government officials, and other stakeholders involved in the project
Keeping track of permits, inspections, and other paperwork required for the project to move forward
Ensuring that all of the details of each project are communicated to all relevant parties
Creating detailed timelines and plans for each phase of the project, including milestones and deadlines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project, with working knowledge of AutoCAD
