An Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Young and dynamic candidate from an engineering graduate (Mechanical / Civil Engineering) with an overall 8-10 years of experience. Preferably from the fa\xc3\xa7ade & fenestration industry, although this is not a prerequisite. Also, preference to candidates with 2-3 years of experience in production shop floor & managing fa\xc3\xa7ade products on-site, although this is not a pre-requisite. Candidates with experience in handling construction projects shall also be considered with a proven track record in successfully handling M&E execution on major projects and with a demonstrated track record. Candidates should be able to prove a strong sense of achievement orientation and a strong bias/will to execute and get things done.

Key Competencies:
1. The primary role shall be to manage projects end to end in coordination with sales, customer, fabricator, SCM, warehouse and technical teams.
2. Independent Project Management - Post order receipt from sales to final warranty sign-off.
3. Support the fabricator in preparing the order list, cutting optimization, and cutting list by using schuecal/templates.
4. Provider support in preparing fabrication details by using schueco system catalogues.
5. Ensure training for fabrication as per schueco catalogues.
6. Ensure system installation as per Schueco standards.
7. Assisting the fabricators in making quality products as per (SOP) standard operating procedures both at factory and site installation.
8. Site progress monitoring with various reports.
9. Weekly review meetings to ensure Project Schedule.
10. Coordinate and ensure external product testing as per agreed method statement.
11 Attending weekly site meetings and Co-ordination with customer & fabricator.
